Winter Solstice - Yoga, Music, Meditation - Zoom Ticket

A beautiful yoga & music meditation class to cradle you in warmth on the winter solstice. We will take a few minutes of gentle floor based movement, guided meditation and deep relaxation to live music. Using voice, cello, piano and electro-acoustic ambient sounds. Use this time to reflect, recharge and find beautiful connection to yourself and others in the quiet darkness that comes at the end of the year. You will need yoga mat, blanket, cushion, warm layers.
