Complete Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga Practises in sync with seasonal phases. We will practise a healthy mix of flowing and held asana (poses), breathing techniques (pranayama) and guided meditation. Each class will include surya namaskar (sun salutations) that can be adapted to unique bodily requirements. In this way, you will learn to remember key movements to practise at home, as well as experiencing a full rounded yoga practise in sangha (community).
